Did Allied acquire BT directly from Genesco or had Genesco first sold BT to Garfinckles,Brooks Brothers, Miller & Rhoads and came under Allied control when Allied decided to purchase the entire G,BBM&R Corporation. initially Allied was only interested in Milller & Rhoads, but when they got a look at the books of the parent company, they went for the whole enchilada. Did madman Campeau later sell BT to Hooker of Australia. Remember how the banks were lining up to lend that phony clown billions of dollars for his initial acquisition of Allied and later when he went after Federated. What a mess that turned out to be!
