I just stole my grandmothers schefflera cause she put it outside and then forgot and it froze. it was huge..2.5 ft. around 1.5 ft tall with 3 1 inch thick trucks and about 12-15 smaller branches (that were all in full foliage before this) it now has next to no leaves but still seems to have VERY healthy trunks and roots. What leaves there are are good colored and healthy. I know nothing about this plant.. from what i read i need to cut it back to about 3-4 inches tall? Every branch? When i do can i cut the branches down and put them in peat moss? will I get starts?
