I just start using my heat pump to cool my house. When I heat my house with, it works very well but to cool, it doesn't work. I switched the control to cool, I adjusted at 22 C and the condenser fan started normaly like the other years but the fan turn all time ant the temperature doesn't go down. I have seen that the piping and the parts inside the condenser was completly frozen with ice on them. The fan turn all time and no cool air in house. I don't understand why if it heats, it doesn't cool. Someone can help me. My heat pump is 9 years old and i had any problem with it before. Thank for help.
