I just recently bought a BMW E46 318I 1998 with just 45 K, Before giving it for an alarm install. I did not require more than 3/4 of a turn of the steering to take a 90 degree turn, but now this takes more than a complte 360 rotation some times more. Would the onbboard computer controll the steering ratio? Would disconnecting the batterys have something to do with the onboard computer being reset? Please help
