I have worked continuously in uk for more than 5years.No criminal record whatsoever. I applied for indefinite leave to remain with my family members before the expiry date of my work permit. My application was said to be invalid on the basis of no fund in my account. I was asked to pay new fees and reapply if I wanted but no surety I will be successful. By this time my work permit expired.I applied as I have no choice and included my bank account statement from the day of my first application to the date I received letter about the invalidation which showed that there was more than the needed fund to pay for the visa in the first place.
My second application was valid because they acknowledged they got the application fee this time. What do I do? They know I have all the documents they need to issue the visa to us.
