I have what appears to be some sort of sports medal from 1949. On side of this coin/medal is just a raised profile of someone. On the other side, ringing the coin, are the words: Landessportbund Wurttemberg 23-31 Juli 1949 and in the center of the coin are the words Dem Sieger 1. Bundesfest Stutgart. I've translated it into "National Sports Federation Wurttemberg. The winner federal festival Stutgart 23-31 July, 1949. What kind of sport could this be from? Could this medal be worth anything? I'm very curious about this. Thanks!
