I have what I believe to be a Jadeite ax head I received as a gift in the early eighties. It is probably a replica of a pre-columbian ceramonial ax head appr 2.5 inches long and tapered from about .75 to 1.25 inches wide.
I hate to be mercenary, but I am curious as to whether it has any potential value. The source of the item is probably El Salvador or Nicaraqua as the giftor was involved in fostering cleft pallet patients here in the U.S.
Any info you have would be appreciated.
Thank you
