I have signed the commercial lease under my company name which is a private company (ends with pty ltd). I also signed the director guarantee, the same as my partner, another company director. After trying 1 year, we decide to close the shop. am i liable to pay 50% of the liability owed to the landlord or i may pay up to 100% if my partner cannot afford the money.
