I have signed a form in front of a JP to say that I would pay so much to qld housing as I was in arrears and want to stop one payment just over the christmas period as i have done before but was wondering what will happen ( if there will be any legal issues or if they can kick me out of home if i dont make the payment because i have signed in front of a JP?
