I have recently installed honeywell cameras and honeywell DVr.i am facing two problems.

1. camera are not being selected by the keyboard controller.i have connected all appropriate cable to the DVR and controll keyboard i-e taken RS 232 from DVR and dropped in data switch RS 232 port and from there it is going to controll keyboard.kindly solve my this issue, i am facing too mch pressure from my boss on this issue.

2. night mode is not being selected. i go to the menu of the camera and select the night mode ON but it doesnot work at night.....mreover i also tried to keep it on auto mode but even then it doesnot work.....

kindly do solve these issues and let me know as soon as possible
