I have inherited capitail stock in the Washington mill from my grandmother. I have been looking for the company for some time. I read an article and belive that American Woolen Company was the buyer of Washington Mill. Would the stock be transfered or what? I know that they where never bought out or at least it wasn't bought back when they sold the company. Is the stock still good?
