I have had anosmia for several years with absolutely no sense of smell. I recently was prescribed predisone as a result of a bee sting reaction, and, after a few days, I have some sense of smell. It's wonderful!!! I had the same results a few years back when prescribed predisone for severe sinusitis. As soon as I stopped taking the predisone, my sense of smell went away. Has anyone had a similar experience? It would be great to be able to smell again!
