I have found a relative who is living in a boys home in 1880s. at great clowes street salford. he is shown as a fishmonger so he must have been working. He married my great grandfathers sister. Ann Bateson, his name was phillip wallis moffatt, after they married in 1892 i cannot find any trace of either of them. does anyone know anything about this boys home.
