I have been using the Kinesis Advantage for several months now with my Infinity Series foot pedal with no challenges. I used it with SUM cds during school and also with Express Scribe. I am now employed by a company using MT Station Pro. I cannot get the foot pedal to work inside that platform. The tech at the company and I spent the last 2 days trying to solve this challenge. It was decided to trade out the keyboard just to check. My old flat keyboard causes the foot pedal to do fine on the platform. Kinesis has no suggestions for me and insists it is the platform's problem. That makes no sense to me. Kinesis worked with CDs and Express Scribe just fine but will not work now. Does anyone have experience with this? Anyone have any suggestions for me? I bought a Microsoft ergonomic and will try it shortly, but I want my Kinesis.
