I have been using So Good for many years now.
I notice that the ingredients list on the side of the carton indicates that So Good is 3.5% soy protein and of course 96.5% water and other additives.
Can someone tell me how this soy product compares to others on the market who of course don't measure their soy component the same as So Good.
3.5% sounds pretty low to me.
Why should I use So Good instead of say Vitasoy.
