I have been trying to get myself a manager for my account.i have failed.the best of the brigest guy and girls are gone from swed bank.what a pity.
in one e mail to the E-Correspondence Specialist (santa role) i asked her who does quilify.she said who gets manager is as follows.

so now my question (1) who can i go to next.nobdy will give me a name of a bank manager or regional manager or some one else to talk to.i realy like to meet someone who can sort this.
(2) why you dont have people in place to take complaints.work out problems..why are the top managers so affraid to give out their names.
(3)why cant the computer give me an option to get another E-Correspondence Specialist.
i am going no where with santa role.i have to get someone else or leave the bank
