I have a unit that isn't putting out as much power as its supposed to. It is getting hot so I am used to it being derated to around 45 megawatts, but I am only getting 41 MW out of it. It isn't going into t48 control. I think it is because the bleed doors are still calling for them to be open at 11%. My other units are running around 45 MW, with bleed doors open at only 2%, and the t48 runs about 35 degrees hotter. Why are my VBV's (what I was calling the bleed doors) being commanded to be open so much?
