I have a temple bell that has an inscription on the rim which says. Tencho 3May 1574 Contibution (gift) Kawachi Domyu-ji Minister of the Right Tokugawa Ieyseu.

Can this have been either given to Tokugawa or his Minister of the Right gave it to the Temple.
