I have a sony camera that writes to mini-dvd disc in 'video' format. this creates bup,ifo,vob files. i just noticed today that the created files of 01.vob (1040384 kb) and 02.vob (355872 kb) are the same video. i thought perhaps one had more resolution or something but the properties listed in windows media player for both are 720X480 4:3, 1.78:1 displayed aspect ratio. why is 1 3 times as big as the other? if i wish to merge many video files into a family movie should i use the larger? because of? thanks. jim
