I have a set of images of aggregates of cells that are fluorescent. I need to know 1) the total area of the aggregate on the image, and 2) the mean diameter of the fluorescent area in the image. I have one fluorescent area (representing the aggregate of cells) per image, and I have the proper scaling. Is there a macro for this? Thanks.
