I have a set of development proposals by Gilbert Stanley Underwood dated 1930. They are 3 faux leather binders with artists renditions of a new Aloha Inn to be designed and built by GSU. The proposal outlines costs and materials as well as revenue expectations. As far as I know the Aloha Inn was to be built in Honolulu Hawaii but never came to fruition. Does anyone know of this project? I have searched high and low and have found nothing of a GSU project in Honolulu. I am assuming it never got off the ground.
