I have a 'sensatio'n in my esophagis that makes it feel swollen, it almost feels like it becomes rigid/ hard, i have this sensation all the way down to my intestines and when I experience the discomfort I generally have an irritable bowel and tummy for about 24 hours. I have a sense it is an allergic reaction to something, it goes and there are not symptons for ages. I have an iltolerance to gluten/ wheat and diary, i generally get a type of reactive dermatitis on my feet if I eat bread/ biscuts or cakes and I try avoid all three but soemtimes consume it in other foods , could this trigger my sensation? there is no pain and the discomfort is not intolerable but it is there, would anti histimines help
