I have a question about the useage of a Bo.
I do not know about Bo useage.
I have previously noticed at demonstrations that there is a difference in the usage. I cannot recall the names of the style of Bo.
The difference that I have noticed is the position of the elbow of the non leading arm. Some raise there elbow so that the Bo goes under the arm pit while others let the Bo strike themselves on the upper arm.
I am interested to know why, and which style uses which method.
I hope somebody can help
