Cherry tomato

I have a potted cherry tomato plant. It has done great, producing a lot of tomotos, until recentely, when all the leaves began dying. The tomatos are all still on the vine, and are still ripening. The plant is in almost full sun all day and I water dilegently. We were out of town for a few days a couple of weeks ago. I had a neighbor watering and it was fine when I got home. I watered that night, again in the morning and again at night. It ended up with some standing water - so perhaps overwatered?? I dumped the water out (no drain at bottom of pot). That's when the leaves started dying. A friend suggested pinching off the leaves to the nutrients would go to the tomatos, but it looks like crap (tomatos still good though).

Any suggestions?
