I have a need to travel up a River that flows approx 5mph.The River averages less than 2ft deep but has areas that are deeper than 6ft. My AATV is a MAX II with non aggressive tires.

My first thought is to replace the tires with Kenda Bearclaw K299 mud/snow tires. Any experience out there???

If the Bearclaw is only a partial success my second thought is to consider duell wheels and tires or an outboard motor.
