I have a male peking duck that was hurt. I don't know what happened but he hurt his back. It has been about 3 weeks and he is doing better but cant walk or stand. I have put him in the water and he can move his legs, the right is like a rudder and the left jest moves a little, but he is getting stronger every day. The problem I have is he dosn't repell water, after he is in the water about 5 min, he gets weighted down by the water and has a hard time staying upright. He tips to the right. He loves being in the water
and moving his legs in the water seems to be making him stronger but I can only put him in for a few min. Any suggestions? Mary
