I have a large subungual hematoma on my toe. What if ive waited over a month. Now its black and I dont know if I should try to drian it or keave it alone. Any suggestions. I do feel some pressure slightly in my nail.

I suggest seeing a physician SOON. I had a condition like this. And, when I finally decided to go to a doctor, he said that I needed antibiotic shots and nail removal (so it could be cleaned and disinfected externally).
