I have a hobby making fret work pictures and designer chess sets that I sell at craft markets and I would like to make and sell hand made wooden toys.
Do i need to apply for a CE mark for the toys before I sell them?
As I am a very small business do I have to comply the same as a large manufacture company, is there a self certification form that I can complete.
I have made the toys under the guidelines of the British Toy & Hobby Association using the correct materials and finishes that are toy approved.
I would appreciate your guidance in this matter, I have searched the Internet and find it very difficult to decipher the information on it.
