I have a fisher panda (fixme panda) generator that has a volvo penta fuel filter on it. I need to change the filter. It is a 3581078-7 filter. I have no directions on how to change the filter in the housing. Do I just take out the center bolt remove the bottom of the housing and replace the filter? Do I need to fill the filter with fuel during the assembly or after it is put back together and then bleed the housing? There are three seals that came with the filter, I think one goes on top of the filter and one on the bottom what is the 3rd one for? There are also 2 orings that probably go on the center bolt to seal it. Is there anything I need to know that will make the change a little easier and less messy with spilled fuel?
