I have a ThinkPad G41. When I turn it on I get three beeps and the screen remains black. When I turn it on while pressing down on the GPU the computer boots up fine and works until I stop pressing down on the GPU. What can I do to solve this?

I think you may have gotten a fake copy of this device.It really depends on where you got it from.So yeah take it to get repaired or looked at
