I have a Russian friend (not a US Citizen) that is telling me he is stuck in Amsterdam Netherlands because his visa is expired. He is telling me he has to send his visa and passport back to Lagos, Africa where he flew from along with $120 to renew it to continue his flight on to the United States. And he also needs $283 to have his ticket reissued to continue the flight to the United States.
