I have a Mystery dial Lord Elgin watch. 10kt gold. Model #T898549, 770 USA, 6 adj. 23 jewel movement. i have seen many gold filled for around $500. Inside engraved on inside of back case cover is Star case Company 10KT gold 7518. It has the small seconds hand in the middle at the bottom of the face. I am unsure what to ask for watch or know when it was made and so on. Any information I could obtain regarding this matter would be appreciated dearly.
