I have a 53 plate Vauxhall Omega 2.2litre petrol saloon (last made) which requires a new exhaust system from the catalystic converter back.

I am told that the flexible coupling from the converter to the exhaust may be worn and may need replacing.

Has anyone had a similar experience or any comments to make.

I have had the car from new , mileage 70,000
