I had a british passport and my wife travelled on a temparay british document with me wne we were expelled from uganda in 1972, by the so called Idi Amin Dada.

my wife has travelled to canada in the 90s on a temparary document issued at the british consulate.
now she needs to have a proper passport to travel to canada. how can she get one. please help
