I got a tiel about 6 months ago that had probably been
abused. He went through a molt about 6 or 8 weeks ago
loosing a lot of flight feathers but it looks like only
one of them has come back in. So now he has one wing that
does not have the longer flight feathers. Shouldn't they
have grown back by now?
