I found a big chunk of old hwy 3 (still in its original position, I believe) from the 1930's

in dale oklahoma, and am trying to find the hwy plans for hwy 3

hwy 270 replaced it and is now approximately 100 feet south of the old location of hwy 3.

i am doing some surveying in that area, a land owner that has been there since the pre 30's stated

"hwy 3 used to be the section line, until the surveyors came and moved it, now it is 100 feet north"

i have also found an error on the highway plans where it shows the section line near the cenerline of hwy 270 on one page, then on the next page it shows it 100' north

if anyone knows where i might be able to find a copy of the hwy plans of hwy 3 that runs thorugh dale oklahoma i would appreciate it.
