I downloaded CSPro 4.0 and installed it successfully. With the aid of the user guide i tried the tutorial and i started my own trial census. when i try generating the forms, a dialogbox pops up with the the following message,

"Cannot generate index file for the data file:
C:\ Cocoa Farming Survey\Community Leader Surveys.fmf
Check the Ids in your data file and its dictionary.

Application not loaded! "

I tried loading the tutorial as well and got the same message again.

The table from the tutorial runs without any errors.

PLease help with any suggestions! Thank you.
