I don't suppose anyone but Martin could ever ask this question (and I'm sure he doesn't talk about Mission Impossible much).

But I'd ask him about one scene from one episode of that show. His character was pretending to be dragged off to the gas chamber to die, ahead of the guy the IMF team were trying to crack. Martin was arresting in this scene, when he freaked out crying, it freaked ME out. I'd love to ask him, as a method actor, where he put his head to get that scene. I was genuinely upset and close to tears myself, he was that convincing. Did he just try to put across a man about to die, or did he dredge up something worse to so upset himself?

If you can't answer this, just take it as a compliment to a fine actor.
