I came across a type of stock certificate about FOX THEATERS

The date on the top is "1929 1963" with a female winged angle above a large cog wheel with one man pushing and another pulling the cog.

"This certifies that ____ has possession of a memmeto of the FOX THEATER in memory fo this famous landmark destroyed by man, 1963"
On the left is a B&W picture of the theater and on the right square appears to be part of the exterior of the theater.
Signed in Red by William Fox No 3330 There is a gold seal near the bottom. At the very bottom in small print is
copyright GOES 47
If anyone has information on this FOX THEATER type stock, please let me know. I have no idea what this really is...?
