I bought a sony ip55 a few months back and Movie Shaker came with it and has been working great for months,but now when I go to open movie shaker it says error that it does not recognize my ip,and when error occurred the operating system version and computer hardware in use,your ip which could be used to identify your license and ip of your computer.I know other people must have had this same problem,can anyone tell me how to fix it,I've tried all kinds of things like uninstalling it,then installing it,even did a system restore to go back to a date when it was working fine but now when I go to open it says same thing.Please send me an email at jamieinenglewood@gmail.com or reply to the question here,it would be great to get it working again I have good footage I need to upload.Thank you for your time Jamie
