I booked an advance return ticket from Harrow and Wealdstone Station going to Bournville on May 27, 2011. I originally planned to go to the Royal Netherlands Consulate in Birmingham to submit my visa application but due to change of plans it is now useless for me to do so. It is an advance ticket thus it is non-refundable but it didn't state there that it is non-transferable. The return tickets cost £37. May I know if the station can help me sell the tickets to interested individuals? Thank you in advance! =)
