I am working in a seam welder equipment, this operation is new for me, no trained & experience. I have a lot of issues with the copper discs, they weare off a lot. Reading literature, says that the cooler system is very important, I do not have a one, Is it rigth???

Process:
I am building cylinders with a expander process (they failed this process).

Any idea about preventive and corrective maintenance??
