as i am also not clear on this terms but would like to share what i feel.... see by watching any prohibited thing leads to suppresion of the mind and that again is not helpful,,, suppresion again leads to reaction and mind will again do the same thing...

so we have to control our mind, coz its our mind we need to hold it, we have to make him(mind) fool... i hope u r understanding,,,, like pyar se ya dhoke se humme apne mann ko control karna hai,,,

always remember baba jee, no matter where u r , ask ur soul that m i walking on the right path ?? m i doing what baba jee teach us in evry satsangs.... ?

Always be in the hukum of GURU,, and he will also surely help u to eliminate every Obstacle in ur life...
