I am using ImageJ for lane profile comparisons on SDS PAGE gels - is there a way to compare peaks found in different sample sets to identify those that discriminate? can I for example colour the output from one sample group red and from another blue then superimpose the outputs to see which peaks and therefore bands occur only in one group?
