I am trying to identify a watch that was my grandma's and i believed passed down to her. It is a Waltham K 91566 inside watch has 4 ADJ's Waltham Usa. It has 17 jewels which look to be ruby's. The wheels inside look to be all gold. Beautiful insides for a watch. Inder cover is Waltham and 10kt gold. The watch is very small rectangular. It has Speidel watchband. I am interested in selling this watch but would like to find out more. I assume this does not use battery and it is not ticking so i dont know if it is not working or something i need to do to get it running. Any info would be great. I just signed up so wonder if i can put pics of watch on here somewhere.
