Royal Geographical Society

I am trying to find out any information about a relative of mine, John King, only survivor of the ill-fated Burke & Wills expedition across Austrailia in the early 1860's who I think, received a watch from the Society. Does anyone have any information?? Tom King, Albany, New York, USA
