I am trying to establish a business in the healthcare sector which is going to benefit the healthcare providers in my country enormously. I want to create an electronic data base of medical textbooks, from which healthcare providers can download (at a cost) the required textbooks onto PDAs. This type of business is already well established in the U.S.A (eg medical wizards, epocrates etc). I am not sure were to begin. Do I need to approach the companies who hold the copy rights to the relevant books etc.Is payment to them made on a one of bases or per download? Any help will be appraciated.
