I am the owner of a mobile home park with a wastewater treatment plant. The plant has high flows during heavy rains due to infiltration. If the effluent that is discharged tests within the required limits, why does it matter if the flows exceed the rating of the plant?

Also do you have ideas on reducing flows ?
