I am seeing house centipedes on a daily basis in my house. They gross me out. I am seeing them inside and outside, and in just about any room, about 1 per day. I am wondering if I could have an infestation and what the best way to get rid of them would be. I don't really see other bugs in the house often, but we do live in the country. We had the house sprayed professionally and we also spray home defense about every 3 to 4 weeks. I am desparate to get them out of my house. Can you tell me a good way to get rid of them?
