I am searching for a Gavin Davis that is with the Provincial Reconstruction Team that was deployed to Afghanistan to assist within the Hemland Province. He is recognized as a political officer and has also assisted areas within the stabilization unit headed by JoHann Jones.

Deployment might have taken place within this year or last year. Not sure?
